All our programs have been created using the 6-step Healthy Tasmania Framework™ which is based on evidence, informed by practice and always adapted to your specific needs.

We work with local councils, state and federal government and community organisations to develop, design and deliver community-wide health and wellbeing initiatives that get fast uptake and create lasting outcomes.
These initiatives are often funded through a variety of sources, provide free access to programs, resources and networks and are designed to remove any barriers that get in the way of living a healthy and connected life.

The research is clear that creating a healthy workplace is good for business, however, the process of developing and putting a plan into action can often be unclear and time-consuming.
For organisations that would like to start small, we’ve created a suite of virtual sessions to keep your staff connected and engaged with their health and wellbeing whether they’re working remotely or in the office.

Helping your employees or community group to quit smoking will be life-changing for them. Plus it will create health, social and cultural change for your organisation or community.
We’ve taken a unique approach and developed a hands-on, creative and interactive program that’s based on evidence, but flexible to local needs.
Healthy Quit has been developed from a pilot program that boasts a 64% short-term quit rate, and created some very proud, happy and healthier people (both those who quit and those who gave them the opportunity).

Know people who prefer spending time in the shed rather than at the gym? You’re not the only one!
Our Healthy Shed program works with community groups to bring local health services and information to them. We work with existing Men’s and Community Sheds as an easy and effective way to link members up with the information and services they’ll need to start creating lifelong healthy habits... that they’ll actually stick to.
We’ll help you co-design and roll out a healthy lifestyle project that your members will love. Sessions may cover topics relating to quitting smoking, healthy relationships, stress management, wound care, understanding mental health, physical activity, managing medications and whatever else your group wants to learn more about.

We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants to help them reach their health goals in a fun and relaxed environment.
We work with participants on awesome individually tailored programs through a number of NDIS support areas. Whether it’s getting stuck into their favourite sporting activities, strength and cardiovascular training, quitting smoking, nutritional advice (such as cooking skills, supermarket tours, label reading and smart swaps) or engaging with free community programs- we can build a program that is both fun and useful.

Do you work with clients or community members who need a bit of extra help to get healthy?
Healthy Performance is a program designed for people who have unique challenges and barriers that are making it hard to live a healthy lifestyle. They might live out of town or lack transport, find gyms or big groups unnerving, or need help to get fit and keep a job.
Healthy Performance takes away common barriers to being healthy, helping unlock potential.
Plus, we also work with sporting clubs who have members who need specialist attention to reach their potential.
